Finding your connection to breath and movement helps with the mindfulness aspect of Pilates. That’s not easy, it’s intensive.
Though Erin does hard flows, they have a lot of stretching throughout, as well as breathwork, so you can build up and take it wherever you want to based on what your body needs at that time.
