Ingredients
1 cup walnuts
1 + 1/4 cup choc buckinis (find at any bulk food store eg scoop, naked foods, the source)
pinch rock salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup medjool dates pitted
1/2 cup cacao powder
2-3 tbsp coconut oil (start with 2, adding more if needed)
To top: dark choc + rose petals
Method
In your blender combine all your ingredients ( besides your 1/4 cup buckinis and toppings) on a medium setting till a dough forms but it is still a little chunky . If it is too dry you can add some extra coconut oil.
Mix through your remaining buckinis with a spoon or your hands for extra crunch
In a lined muffin tin (or can use a brownie tin), press mixture evenly down with hands and place in freezer to set for about 30 mins
Remove and drizzle with melted dark choc, rose petals and extra buckinis

p.s – As these are raw and have no preservatives they will melt quickly, so please store in the freezer!
