WHAT ARE YOUR DAILY RITUALS?

I try to do at least 10 minutes of mindful movement everyday, if I don’t have time for a full studio class, for me this is being totally present in my body while I do a few yoga poses. This ritual blows my mind every time just how much it grounds me, re connects me to my body and feels so good.

 

HOW DO YOU MAKE TIME FOR YOGA?

Honestly I don’t always manage to. There are days I get lazy and that’s ok. But most of the time I just practice with the noise, that’s a practice in itself. Acceptance that my kids won’t leave me alone and I must have them climb on me while I’m in downward dog and pull my hair on savasana. Thats how you find your real inner peace
