How do you get into the right headspace to paint?
Because i work full time, the main thing i need is time – in the evenings and weekend mornings i like to put my phone away and set an alarm for when i need to finish up, also comfortable clothes, and some background music, podcast or even TV help me concentrate
What are some of your daily wellness rituals?
I have always been extremely active so for me exercise is my stress relief. I exercise pretty much every day at the least to walk my puppy Truman. I also love pilates and about a year ago I started Pole Dancing which I would recommend anyone to try to build confidence and strength. My best friend is opening a new studio in Sydney called Duality. I think also treating myself to a healthy, yummy dinner is a wellness ritual for me, does that count haha?
