RULE THE COURT WITH THESE STYLING TIPS
From Stylist and Creative Director Romy Frydman
Tennis fashion has a timeless appeal, open to re-interpretation, so this tennis season we ask Stylist & Creative Director Romy Frydman to share three tips to help you #SPORTMYSTYLE.
Inspired by tennis heritage, conjured up by beautiful aesthetics and classic style, Romy draws on the 70s to style three items in just three tips.
Tip #1
FINISH YOUR LOOK WITH A PAIR OF OVERSIZED SUNGLASSES
Nothing looks more 70s than a glamorous pair of oversized glasses.
Tip #2
ACCESSORISE – LAYER UP THE FINE JEWELLERY
“The crochet dress has a real 70s vibe, wear it with a wedge if you don’t want to go for a full tennis look, and layer it up with some accessories. Lots of fine jewellery,”
“Or you could wrap a neck scarf around your wrist to give it that sporty look!”
Tip #3
JUST ADD SNEAKERS, VOLLEY’S SPECIFICALLY…
“Sneakers look adorable with both dresses! Especially the Match Point Gracie – it’s perfectly matched with a sneaker, which downplays the rah-rah nature of the dress, making it look cute and give it a tennis vibe”
Wondering how to wear the Volley in your existing wardrobe or how to take them off the court?
Romy says, “Wear them with jeans, a little flare and the high tops are great with little, short skirts – tight hipster skirt…even better!”
