Opened in Sep this year Tommy’s Italian is situated along the beachfront in one of East Queensland’s most pristine spots, Currumbin Beach. With sensational Vegan options on the menu and a cocktail list that is too good to be true, it’s set to be a game changer in Summer and beyond.

INGREDIENTS //
Blood orange | patron tequila | lemon | passionfruit pineapple juice | fresh basil
METHOD //
- Grab a cocktail shaker
- Pour 30ml Patron Tequila
- A generous splash of blood orange juice
- Combine fresh passion fruit with a splash of fresh pineapple juice
- Clap a fresh leaf of basil into the mix
- Shake it like a polaroid picture
- Stir over Ice in a short glass
