I love painting, dancing, meditating, go for a walk in a forest or by the oven. Every day is different.

My baby – he’s dressing me every day!

 Don’t buy or keep something that doesn’t fit


What motivates you to get active when you’re in a funk?
Nothing does! I just let myself go with it and then always come back to my active routine.

Energised, happy, less thinking


What’s the most important thing to you when you’re looking for activewear?
Comfort, fabric


What’s your favourite colour and why?
I love earthy colour but sometimes I really love to wear something bright, really depends on a day and mood and weather. Love black too – just really suits me I think!

What is your favourite destination to get active outdoors and explore?
Love exploring jungles, climbing on a rocks , swimming in a fresh water naked in a middle of nowhere.


What’s your favourite gym/studio that you’ve ever been to overseas?
My coach’s gym in NYC, he’d never let me rest but it had the best views

The each down the road from my place in Byron

I love it pretty simple, less is more

The hardest workout you’ve ever done?
Rocking my baby to sleep
